PERMISSION FOR FOR VOLUNTEER WORK

_________________ has permission to participate in the following volunteer project for the City of St. Peters.

Project: CITY OF ST. PETERS "ADOPT-A-ROAD" PROGRAM

Volunteers will be picking up litter on Jungerman Rd. from Boone Hills Dr. to Sutters Mill which is 1 mile picking up both sides of the street.

DATE OF PROJECT:  Will pickup litter for a period beginning April 2003 and ending March 2004 for a minimum of one year and at least once every two months.
